This site and its content is made available for the purposes of ordering online with Catlor Display & Party Supplies (Catlor) and providing information about Catlor products and services. By using our website you automatically accept that we are not liable to you or any third party for any amendments made to this website. When changes to our Terms and Conditions occur, by entering our website, such changes are deemed to be accepted by you. Orders
A contract between the purchaser and Party Mad is created by the following steps.
- Order is placed on our website.
- An automated email will be sent to your designated email address notifying that Party Mad has received your order.
- Once payment has been fully processed, acceptance/despatch of your order will occur
- Acceptance of your order may not take place if the product ordered is out of stock or payment/credit criteria is not met:

Product Description
Each item sold is done so according to the product description that appears on the website. We have endeavoured to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a variance at the time of placing your order
Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
- All prices exclude GST (goods and services tax)
- All prices are correct at time of website publication
- You will be contacted by a Catlor customer services representative to discuss methods of payment
- Website payment options are either pre-arranged trading terms, direct debit, Visa or MasterCard, bank cheque or cleared company cheque.
Return Policy
We will accept returns for any reason on unused merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
- We will refund your trading account We will refund your credit card account if you paid by credit card, or we will send a cheque refund for those who paid by cheque or money order. We also offer "store credit" if you would like to select other items to purchase
- In all cases we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. We will also refund shipping and handling fees on defective products or where there has been an error on our part.
- All defective products will be accepted for credit, repair or replacement at our discretion.
- All non-defective products must be returned postage/freight paid, to the address on the invoice, complete, in re-saleable condition, including original packaging, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all other attachments as originally provided
